Medwing is dedicated to creating a positive influence in every aspect of our business.  We create great experiences for our customers and provide a healthy, creative and supportive workplace.  Our corporate office is centrally located in downtown Austin just a few blocks from the State Capital.  When you walk through our doors, you will undoubtedly be greeted by a friendly staff member who will make sure you are assisted promptly and directed to the appropriate person to meet your needs.  As you walk through our office, you will notice that our working space is not typical of most call centers or corporate businesses.  We do not have a maze of cubicles to get lost in, but instead offer an open, flow-through work space with lots of windows and natural light creating a more welcoming atmosphere.

One of Medwing’s core values is Teamwork.  At Medwing, employees are referred to as team members and are treated as such.  Each team member plays a critical role in the success of the entire team and therefore mutual encouragement and support is highly valued.  Individual and team input is sought after for almost all decisions that may impact the current and/or future success of the company.  By keeping an open mind and an open door for those we work with, we are able to receive continuous feedback on how to improve our processes and ultimately better serve our customers.
