Medwing.com, an online retailer specializing in personal care products like air purifiers, has leased space in two parts of town for its corporate headquarters and warehouse space.

Austin-based Medwing, which ranks 333 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies, has secured 4,500 square feet of office space at 815 Brazos Street downtown, where it will relocate its headquarters. The company has also taken 12,000 square feet of industrial space in Building 13 at 8606 Wall Street in Northeast Austin.

Medwing plans to move into its new space in November.

Founded in 2002, Medwing.com has grown rapidly in the online retail realm. The company posted revenue of $3.6 million in 2006, up from $395,000 in its first full year of operations in 2003.

Chris Skyles of Skyles Bayne Co. represented Medwing in both deals. Scott Studzinski of ProLogis handled negotiations for the landlord on the Wall Street building. David Stojanik of Yancey Hausman represented the landlord at 815 Brazos.
